Less than two months from the election, I have this nagging, uneasy feeling that Obama might lose the election and that we will be subjected to at least another four years of Republican rule. I hope Obama's campaign team will shake off the complacency illustrated above and start attacking before it's too late. It's like the New York Mets last season. They were in a commanding lead over the Phillies with less than a month to go, and then they got complacent. The Phillies whittled their lead until they won the pennant on the last game of the season. It's an apt analogy. The only difference is that there is a lot more at stake if Obama loses.
