How funny! A friend just started that program. I read up on it....might be a little scammish, but does not look like it will hurt you. We are using her as the test subject before anyone else tries.

Of course colons that are plugged up to 80 percent with waste material... it just means you need to have a shit! That's what the colon is there for...

Andrea, there can be nothing worse than watching your own shit pass through a transparent tube during a colonic... eat well, eat a balanced diet... you won't need a yard of plastic tube inserted up your ass and sluiced through with warm water. Don't listen to them... although ... on second thoughts if you do get one I am really looking forward to the photos on your blog

Hmm, any updates on this? I have many a times wondered about a colonic as it sounds logically beneficial, but it's so unknown that I wonder how effective it really is... so what was the verdict, to colonic or not? :)

I used Dr. Naturas product "Colonix" earlier last year, and it definitely works as advertised on his/her site. Even though I did not experience anything like what the pics show, I do know that I feel alot more energy after doing the program for a few days.

After about 30 days I stopped using the product, and about 3 months later I noticed that I had 0 energy. So, I got out the Colonix again and started up, and after about 3 days my energy was back.

So, if you are lookin for other options this might be one to look at.
