No wonder why the rest of their adulthood life is in moderation. Unlike us Americans, the rest of the world experiences all their crazy phases in life before the age of 17, so as to not inflict any addictions that will later result in the kid pictured here to attend 15 sessions of AA, and be seen swerving off Constituition Avenue in broad daylight in D.C.!!
