Every Thanksgiving, I hope and pray and throw temper tantrums to get put on turkey cavity duty however I did something in '01 that resulted in me being deemed unfit for duty in '02, '03 and '04. In '05 I was back on, a little better behaved and all up in it!!
That is so nasty. Even if I ate poultry I would find it repulsive. I mean you are cramming a cavity for flavoring.
Not to be judgmental, cause I eat rubberized meat.

Stuffing a turkey is seriously dangerous and just begging for food poisoning (relative temperature of stuffing v. turkey insides along w/ slow cooking). Better to stuff the bird with aromatics (apples, onions, cinnamon sticks, fresh herbs), and save the stuffing for a pot.
