I'm an eager beaver for Larry David's first post...on that note, gotta get back to clicking refresh, refresh, refresh...how many refreshes can you do in 2 seconds? I'm at 10 per second.

Larry David's post was a howl! If this is the quality of the comments at Huffington Post, then I am worried for "my team". And yet... the thought of milk in coffee (as opposed to cream or - gasp - half and half) is so... gauche!

The humor detailed (in a quick reversal) the unreasonablness of some... just some... of Mr. Bolton's... ahhh... management style.

Yes, an effective manager is desired, but an effective manager that leads (and not just manages) is decidely better.
