But that guy Mario has already accomplished one thing, although just genetically. He has got the biggest nostril openings for his head size on the planet. There are 6 billion, but I will wager he wins hands down for being disproportionately big nostril openings. I saw his heart beating in that video, and I don't mean metaphorically.
