Surprisingly the mangy rats nest on the top of her head captured my rabid uggh first, but then I noticed that thing - which I must assume is some sort of cruel chastity device ala wedgie-maker extraordinaire. Uggh, make it go away. And what's with those sweat pant cuff capri pants? If this is Paris fashion norm they've been snorting on the smelly cheese too long.

Actually, Scott, it looks like the belt was put on FIRST before anything else! I think the thong is there to hold up the belt. Haha. Terrible. But funny as hell!
